1. Membership

The Member is entitled to use the TrueHaven Membership Card (“the Card”) to access benefits and discounts at TrueHaven partner locations.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Term & Fees

Membership is valid for [12 months / or specify duration] from the date of issuance.

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

3. Card Use & Misuse

The Card must be presented at partner locations to redeem benefits.

Misuse of the Card (sharing, lending, or fraud) may result in immediate cancellation and permanent prevention from future participation in TrueHaven’s Network.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

Members must report lost or stolen cards immediately.

A replacement fee of GYD $3,000 applies. Only one replacement card will be issued per member per year.

5. Affiliate Partners

The Cardholder acknowledges that TrueHaven may expand or update its list of affiliate partners as the network evolves.

The most current list of affiliate partners is available on TrueHaven’s official Google Map. Members are encouraged to check this resource before visiting a partner location. While we do our best to keep the map updated, TrueHaven cannot guarantee that all partner information is always current. Members are encouraged to verify details before visiting.

6. Responsibilities of the Member

Members agree to use the Card only in accordance with program rules.

Members are responsible for keeping the Card safe and in good condition.

7. Termination

TrueHaven reserves the right to terminate a membership for misuse, fraud, or breach of this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrueHaven is not responsible for the quality of services provided by partner businesses.

Partner terms and conditions apply at the point of service.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Guyana.
