TrueHaven Referral Program:

1. You must be an active TrueHaven member.

2. You must be following TrueHaven on Facebook.

3. Referrals count only when the new member’s card is paid, produced, and activated.

4. Each new member must list your full name/THA# as their referrer on the signup form.

5. Rewards are issued after every 2 successful referrals.

6. The reward is $5,000 GYD towards a self-care visit at one of the participating TrueHaven partner locations (list provided by TrueHaven).

7. Rewards are subject to availability at partner locations.

8. Members can redeem a maximum of 2 rewards per month.

9. Rewards should be used within 30 days of being awarded.

10. Rewards are for the member who earned them and can’t be exchanged for cash.

11. Members must contact TrueHaven (or TrueHaven will notify them) when they qualify to claim their reward.

12. The referral program will continue until TrueHaven decides to update or close it in the future.
